Janaka is a Director of StrEdge Advisory, StrEdge Tech Solutions and StrEdge Academy and engineers and drives the transformational projects of StrEdge.

In driving the company towards business excellence, Janaka contributes through his expertise in the areas of Project management and Gap analysis from a people, process and technology perspective.

He also provides leadership and consultancy for business process re-engineering, business excellence, business coaching/ business advisory, business strategy formulation and implementation in local and international banks and financial institutions, other services, trading and manufacturing industry projects.

Janaka brings with himself over two decades of experience in banking and finance playing diverse roles in Strategy, Human resources, Information Technology, Finance, Change Management, Procurement, Project Management, Credit and Risk and Services. Several accolades are to his credit as a banker at the Hatton National Bank and HSBC, testifying to his skill as a banker.

Janaka has driven multiple bank transformation projects and provided leadership and advisory services for local and international banks/ financial institutions.

Janaka holds an MBA (International) from Edith Cowan University in Australia, a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute of USA, and a Diploma in Banking and Finance from the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka.
